Always unable to reach the colonel... What gives?

Took 10 min to install and 10 minutes to try and order online and could not figure it out Took 3 seconds to delete app was the only good news

Just downloaded and tried to see what the deals are- no price shows up so have no idea what the desk is. Will be deleting and sticking to the coupons for my twice a year visits for greasy chicken.

After installing you only have the option to sign up and no way to login if youre already a member of the club. How does an app this bad even get released? Save your time everyone.

Dont want to be forced to become a colonels club member, just wanted to see the menu and order on line - nope not with this app - deleted it cause its useless

I didnt mind this app. It seemed to work fine. I still have my info in passbook but now I have to resign up with the app? Where do I sign in if I already signed up?

There is no point of getting this app. It is absolutely horrible and useless.

Just wasted 30 mins of my time arguing with one of the stores since this app does not have a coupon code on it, seriously fix it.

The app sends you through a long, tedious, registration process that asks you everything except what you want to order. Compared to the quick and easy ordering on the phone this app is a nightmare. Wait, no. You can wake up from a nightmare, but this app lingers. Like a fungal infection! Thats better! This app is like a fungal infection.

Damn thing just says "unable to reach the colonel" every time I try to view the family deal, meaning theres literally no point in me having this app.

The app does not work at all. Whenever I press add to passbook under profile and kick deals screens, it crashes! I have tried reinstalling and it made no difference. Whats even more annoying is, after a reinstall, you have to register all over again because there is no option for signing in for existing members! Did a 5 year old designed the app?? How can a buggy app like this pass apples quality control?

Should be able to see the complete KFC menu and nutritional information.

Crashes. Server errors. Map locations are wrong; seriously, theres a KFC in someones house? And you want your customers to use the app instead of the card? HOW???

This app is so useless that every time I show my phone to the people behind the counter ,they reach for the coupons behind counter and tell me its better if I use these

Would be ok if the restaurants would accept these deals instead of being greedy.

I got this app to see the deals when Im in the mood for some KFC. This app will never load the family deals. It says canning contact the colonel every time I click on the family tab. I get emails about the deals but can never access them in the app. I dont want the emails, I want the app to work. Step up your game KFC!

Was on PFK Québec and download the apps but it all in english

This app has never worked properly. It needs to be fixed.

Wish I could give it zero stars, dont waste your time with this, it doesnt work.
