Crashes

The app does not work at all. Whenever I press add to passbook under profile and kick deals screens, it crashes!
I have tried reinstalling and it made no difference. Whats even more annoying is, after a reinstall, you have to register all over again because there is no option for signing in for existing members! Did a 5 year old designed the app?? How can a buggy app like this pass apples quality control?
